Sharon has received instruction from Meditation Masters such as Thich Nhat Hahn, Venerable Namgyal Rinpoche, the 17th Karmapa, Sayadaw U Tila Wunta, and Dzogchen Masters Wongdor Rinpoche and Lama Lena (Yeshe Katyup). Sharon has been leading retreats at the Dharma Centre of Canada since 2010 for those new to meditation, those who wish to deepen practice or those who are interested in exploring universal topics. Sh.e teaches a 6-8 week Mindful Living course, leads urban and rural training classes and retreats, and continues to develop new and additional ways of working with emerging ideas, information and the dance of change.
