Mindful Living is an 8-week course based on the MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) program from the Centre for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society, at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. It will inform and include practice in mindfulness & meditation, light stretching, personal reflection, and awareness practices. Participants can develop a mindfulness practice to integrate into their day-to-day lives. No experience needed. All welcome.
