Sharon is an adult educator, coach, presenter, writer, meditation practitioner, mother, grandmother, dreamer, spiritual facilitator and lover of life & learning, whose life purpose is to connect others to Living Consciously and Realizing their Potential. Working with groups and individuals Sh.e focuses on increasing awareness and making behavioural shifts for living and working well.

Sharon e. Davison
B.Ed (Adult), Certified Money Coach (CMC)®
Sh.e holds a degree (B.Ed. Adult) from Brock University, a Career and Work Counselor diploma from Fleming College, certificates in Practical Workshop Facilitation Skills and Employment Coaching from Humber College and is a certified Money Coach.
In 2011 Sharon completed professional training under the direction of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and Dr. Saki Santorelli, directors of the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society at Massachusetts Medical. Sh.e is a graduate of the Inter-Professional Certificate program in Applied Mindfulness Meditation from the University of Toronto’s Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work with a specialty in the Mind at Work business stream and joined the faculty of this program in the fall of 2014. Sharon is particularly interested in mindfulness and awareness being applied to work environments, daily living, and bringing a holistic perspective to life.
Believing that awareness and learning are fundamental for growth and development Sharon creates and delivers training on topics such as mindfulness & meditation, applied mindfulness for stress reduction and increased well-being, cultivating awareness, discovering life purpose, creating a healthy relationship with money, practical facilitation skills, self care for professionals, and navigating through change. She works through the vehicle of individual coaching and group facilitation for personal and professional development.
Whether working with Sharon for personal or professional learning and transformation, the focus is on increasing awareness and making behavioural shifts. Sh.e believes that meditation can assist in the development of awareness and the capacity to make change and why Sh.e herself has undertaken a life long study and practice. Sharon has received instruction from Meditation Masters such as Thich Nhat Hahn, Venerable Namgyal Rinpoche, the 17th Karmapa, Sayadaw U Tila Wunta, and Dzogchen Masters Wongdor Rinpoche and Lama Lena (Yeshe Katyup). Sharon has been leading retreats at the Dharma Centre of Canada since 2010 for those new to meditation, those who wish to deepen practice or those who are interested in exploring universal topics. Sh.e teaches a 6-8 week Mindful Living course, leads urban and rural training classes and retreats, and continues to develop new and additional ways of working with emerging ideas, information and the dance of change.
