Mindful Living with Sharon Tashi Davison is an 8-week mindfulness training for stress reduction and increased well-being, based on the MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) program from the Centre for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society, at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. It will inform and include practice in mindfulness & meditation, light stretching, personal reflection, and awareness practices.
Participating in Mindful Living will assist those new to mindfulness and meditation to develop a mindfulness practice to integrate into their day-to-day lives, will refresh training for those having taken MBSR in the past, and provide a reboot for those who wish to reestablish a meditation practice.
